Heirloom. A very, large broad leaved cress with wavy edges that is and old variety from the Netherlands. Good hot mustard flavor that is reminiscent of wasabi without too much spice. It is a spicy, delicious and nutritious green. A great addition to salad mixes, soups, and sandwiches. The seeds can be used as a mustard-like flavoring as well. Easy to grow and slow to bolt.
