Vigorous & cold hardy w/mild, mustard flavor. Crunchy stalks of mature lvs can be used as you would use celery. Rich in calcium & vitamins (twice as nutritious as bok choy) and is considered superior to bok choy. (Brassica rapa or B. narinosa)
