A favorite American mustard (or tendergreen) for many years. It is mild & succulent in all dishes. The mustardy flavor mellows when cooked. It has a bright green color that is most commonly used in salad mixes to add contrast. As baby leaf, leaves are flat w/softly serrated edges. Extremely slow to bolt. One of the most attractive of all baby leaf mustards. This variety adds delicate spice and colorful elegance. The deeply-lobed and lacy burgundy leaves are airy and lofty with a bright green stem. The color is darkest from summer through fall. The streaks offer a mild, sweet mustard flavor and rosy elegance to any salad plate or stir fry. Plant in sun. A mustard green that is lime green in color with serrated leaves. Cold tolerant & slow to bolt. Soft & tender textured leaves with a sweet & mild spicy flavor. DTM: 45 days, but can harvest baby greens at 20 days. Size: 10" x 10". (BRASSICA juncea)
