A great choice for warmer climates as it is slow to bolt. Produces uniform and upright, dark green leaves that are slightly spade shaped in spring and summer. Thick, succulent leaves have are tasty and have a well developed flavor. Stays small, which prolongs the baby leaf harvest window. With staggered planting, you can produce spinach nearly all year.
